Support is the key to success! Sometimes after getting started with a sleep plan you realize that you’d really love to add on text support, additional calls, or even bedtime text support. If that’s the case for you, then you’ve come to the right place. An upgrade will allow me to provide even more support for you along the way!

A single upgrade will move you from the Basic Package to the Advanced Package OR from the Advanced Package to the Premium Package.

If moving from Basic to Advanced, you’ll be getting email support, two 15-minute calls, and daytime text support (8 AM to 4 PM CST on weekdays, 8 AM to 12 PM CST on weekends).

If moving from Advanced to Premium, you’ll be getting email support, four 15-minute calls, daytime text support, and bedtime text support (until 9 PM CST).
